Here are the 2 most common solutions to this issue:

Android Phone:
Press and hold your finger on the REKOM Life app icon.
When the Android menu shows, please find both “Clear app cache” and “Clear app data” and run both of these.

iPhone:
Sign out from the burger menu in the bottom right corner, and then sign in again.
