Polaris logins are managed by CPL, not by the HUB


As a Line Manager, you have the ability to reset the accounts of your staff


1.    Login to your own Polaris (managers)
2.    Go to your initials at the top right and select Account
3.    Select the Security tab and find the employee you want to reset.
4.    Click Generate Recovery Code, and make a note of the number.
5.    The employee then needs to go to "Trouble logging in" on the Polaris login screen, then click "Got a Recovery Code"
6.    Enter the code and the system will grant them access to set a new password.

(If the "Generate Recovery Code" option isn't showing, then their password will still be the default password from setup.)


If the staff member still can't get in then email [email protected] with the staff member's full details and ask for a reset
