Sometimes your computer will loose it's link to DNS (DNS Entry) or it becomes stale.
A support representative will ask you to re-register your DNS entry.
To Re-register your DNS:
Open a admin command prompt,
Type the following
On the computer in an admin command prompt enter:
IPCONFIG /FlushDNS {press enter}
IPCONFIG /RegisterDNS {press enter}
Close the command prompt
